Iphone 2.2

According to several sources, IT Business Net being one of them, Apple is releasing it’s Iphone 2.2 firmware update in the middle of the night. Seems there was a security flaw in version 2.1 that could be quite serious.

As far as I’m concerned, it’s about the only serious thing about this issue. I mean for crying out loud, do we REALLY need Iphones? I don’t have one and I’m doing just fine without it. Honestly, I don’t even know what they do, nor do I care. But yet, Apple sold over 2.3 million of them in just a 3 month period alone. If you ask me, it’s just madness.

Anyway, if you’re still on OS 2.1, you better get your fix in. You never know what hackers from outer space may break into your phone and steal your bank info or whatever other nonsense is kept in those things.
